All content on sahste.ro — text, photographs, illustrations, logo, visual identity, design, graphics, video, menus, culinary descriptions — is the exclusive property of Sahste and is protected under Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and applicable international conventions. © 2026 Sahste. The name "Sahste", the logo, and all elements of the visual identity (colour palette, fonts, emblems, "Pure Food · Pure comfort" signature, custom Italian-Tyrolean motifs) are protected brand elements. Use without the owner's written consent is prohibited.

Dish names, descriptions, recipes, and culinary concepts presented are original Sahste creations. Total or partial reproduction of the menu for commercial purposes — especially by other restaurants or similar services — is prohibited. Short quotations for critical, educational, or journalistic purposes are permitted under Art. 33 of Law 8/1996, with attribution.

Photos of food, interior, exterior, and the team are commissioned and paid for by Sahste. They are copyright protected. Use in publications, social media, guides, or other materials requires prior written consent. Licensing or usage requests: rezervari@sahste.ro

Reviews, comments, and photos you share publicly about Sahste on third-party platforms (Google Maps, Restaurant Guru, Facebook, Instagram) remain your property, but you grant Sahste a non-exclusive license to republish them in promotional materials, with author attribution. To request removal of a republished review or photo, contact us.

Links to sahste.ro can be made without prior consent, as long as they: • Do not suggest false affiliation with third-party sites; • Do not present our content in a false, defamatory, or illegal context; • Do not "frame" our site inside another site's interface.

If you observe unauthorized use of Sahste content (text, photos, brand, copied menu), please report at: rezervari@sahste.ro We respond within 7 business days and take legal action as needed.
