Sahste was born in 2019, out of a dream: a piece of Italy set on the hills of Sălicea. The house, with its solid wood, Tyrolean balconies and red geraniums, rose slowly, its tables and decor made by hand. In 2019 we officially opened the bistro, and since then the house has filled with stories: long family lunches, christenings, birthdays, summer evenings on the terrace with the hills in the background. The contrast is exactly the charm of the place: on the outside, a house with a Tyrolean soul; inside, a true Italian kitchen with a hearth oven and fresh pasta made daily. Children get a playground, parents get peace, and parking is free. Not just a bistro: a destination.
